We have all been there, those times when we fall off the wagon and then back onto it, I am talking about 'dieting' that one word that everyone knows. I have done it all, tried it all, the quick trick to it all lose seven pounds but to only gain it back a week later. We I am changing the way I look at 'dieting' and how I go about it, I want to go to a more simple way of eating. I will no longer look for a quick fix, I want to change my life style and the food I go for when offered. I want to change the way I view food.
Why do you ask? Because as an Arborist I want to be healthy to be able to do my job. I love working out doors and with trees. But I want to do it without pain, soreness and feeling like I am bogged down as I am walking around the job site. I am doing this to learn to love myself and the amazing processes my body does every day to keep me alive and breathing.
So where do I start? Right here with all of you that read this. I want to change and to become a heather happier me.
